Matthew Hudson
Matthew Hudson is a trainer, developer, and author specialising in the fields of Emergence and Emergent Knowledge. His work focuses on creating the conditions for profound personal insight and the state of Inner Peace through precise, self-facilitated cognitive processes.
"All the required answers to the client's presenting issues are already within the client and do not come from the facilitator." — Matthew Hudson
The Journey
Matthew’s inquiry into the human condition began at a young age, leading him through the study of NLP, EFT, and hypnotherapy. However, it was his meeting with David Grove in 2007 that provided the "missing piece" to his work: the realisation that true change comes not from external interventions, but from the internal restructuring of the client's own system.
Matthew served as David Grove's personal assistant during the final, pioneering months of David's life, and was tasked with cataloguing and modelling the theory that would become Emergent Knowledge. As a primary steward of this lineage, he has dedicated himself to promoting, sharing, and evolving this information with passion and precision.
The Evolution of Emergence
While maintaining a deep respect for "Grovian" Emergent Knowledge, Matthew has continued to evolve the field through his own developments, which he distinguishes as Emergence. His work, detailed in his guide The Eternal Moment of Now, introduces new models for understanding human behaviour and accessing states of inner tranquility.
He is the primary architect behind the Ekology Iterator System, translating complex psychological algorithms into a digital experience that honours the "Clean" philosophy—ensuring that every user remains the sole expert of their own inner landscape. His work is recognized by practitioners and clients worldwide for its precision and non-directive power.
